Logging In

To access Steelwedge S&OP the user needs to be authenticated.

The following table describes the login screen in detail.

Field	Description
User ID	Enter your User ID.
Password	Enter your password. Password is case sensitive.
Remember Me	To save your “User Name” and “Password”, check the “Remember Me” box. Note: If the password expires or administrator resets the password, then you will be asked to change your password.
Sign In	Click to login.
Forgot password	If you forgot password, click on " Forgot password " link. Then you will be asked security questions, upon answering successfully you will be able to reset your password.
Terms of Use	Steelwedge allows user to access its application if they agree to follow defined " Terms of Use". Click “ Terms of Use ” to view Steelwedge On-Demand Master Subscription Agreement details.

First Time Login: If you are logging in for the first time, you must change your password as well as select your Security Questions. Security Questions will be used for authentication purposes if you ever forget your password.

Account Lock: If you have a number of failed login attempts your account may be locked out for some time. If your account is locked you can try logging in after some time or contact your system administrator.

Password Expiry: If your administrator has set a password expiration, you must change your password periodically.

Note: SSO user are allowed to login into the application directly, without providing user credentials. Thus the Login page is not shown to the SSO user. For more information refer to Single Sign-On (SSO).
